Leucine has proven to be a very effective pre-workout for generating an anabolic response post-workout. It has also been shown to help preserve muscle during fasting workouts. I train on an empty stomach. This product protects my hard-earned muscles while losing weight without disturbing my hunger pangs and even helps me gain even more muscle mass! Mixes decently well in a shaker cup, you can put some water in the cup and shake it to dissolve. any scattered powder in the cup after drinking it. It doesn't really have any flavor, just mix it in with your pre-workout and you're good to go! I ordered 500g, the dose needed is around 3-5g before a workout (you should be getting leucine post workout too, but I get my post workout meal). 3 g is about 1/2 tbsp. 500 grams is enough for about half a year, and my dosage is 20 cents a day. At these prices, it's definitely worth it! Especially compared to the expensive BCAA powder that has extra calories due to flavors and whatnot.
