Poor cable quality caused the death of a driver after 4 months; and I don't use them as exercise headphones. How much profit can you get from these weaker than cotton candy cables? Koss has lied to me so many times about her "lifetime guarantee" that it actually reflects worse on me than on her. Have bought 5 pairs of headphones from them over the years and they are all so damn faulty, cheap, low quality junk! I suspect their business model is to make money off the $9 they charge to maintain their warranty as that junk isn't worth half the amount and they literally break 2 minutes out of the box. Save yourself the heartache and stay away from their product. No wonder I read that the company is in financial trouble; Crappy products will do this to your brand.
