Review on Wireless Microphone Handheld Rechargeable Amplifier by Geoff Foster

A reseller contacted me and offered to refund my purchase. I have increased the number of stars to reflect their excellent service. I installed it and synced it to my computer with no problems. However, when in use, the audio is very quiet, even at the highest setting (12). Batteries are fresh, both show 1.6 volts. I checked all my settings on my computer and the microphone input setting for this device is set to 100 percent. If I increase the gain for this mic input from lowest to highest it gets a little better but still not loud enough. I have to scream in it to be at normal volume.
