I am very happy with this light. Originally bought just to read. I live in a small house with young children and a wife, so a rechargeable portable light source is essential for my study and personal reading. I use it for reading, but it's really become a flashlight for our family. I use it when I'm working on something in the dark (because I don't have to hold it with my hands) or in the car. My wife and kids often use it for night walks (it's bright enough to light their way, but mostly for motorists to see). Especially when our house had a power outage for a couple of weeks during a frost this light was great for not having to worry about fumbling with gloves or having a kid drop it. I really liked it and just bought another one for my dad.
