It's easy enough that anyone can use it without having any prior experience or knowledge! There really isn't much I dislike about this product other than maybe needing more features but there would be an additional cost associated with those added functions which might deter some customers from purchasing them. We have had no problems using this system so far; however if you're looking into making your own schedule then make sure you know exactly where everything will go before going through with adding all of these different items manually.
