Update March 21, 2022 - I'm trying to get PIP to work. I called support and spent 40 minutes relaying what I needed help with and in the end time was running out and the help was minimal. I've gone through all the menus and can't figure out how to do it myself. I would return it if I could. It's a mediocre product at best, and it's the first Samsung display I've ever been dissatisfied with. This is a fantastic monitor, but the instructions are horrible as hell and the setup isn't intuitive at all. I still need to tweak a few things when adding a second laptop for split screen. However, image quality is excellent and eye strain is reduced.
