Unstable and Unsafe: Avoid This Climbing Platform
As a result of my tests I determined that the springboard feature on this platform is extremely unstable, causing my parakeet to lose its balance numerous times. While the concept is interesting, the execution is poor, with slippery plastic coating and cheaply constructed hooks that don't securely attach to the cage. The only potential pro is that it is affordable, but the safety of your bird should always come first. Save your money and invest in a more stable climbing platform..
- Great exercise for parakeets and promotes physical activity.
- Some parakeets may have difficulty using the climbing platform due to its size and design.
