This is an early review mode because I haven't used them yet and it's hard to say how they will hold up. I'm already 1000 times more in love with the men of steel I just sent back. Also, I like the locking mechanics better than my Stanley, but it doesn't feel as solid as my Stanley 1. The Steelmans didn't have a head locking feature, which makes them pretty useless in my opinion after they were sent back. I mean, of course they won't be as strong as the ones that don't stretch, but it's nice to be able to make them shorter when I'm in tight spaces and to be able to make them longer when you need a little more leverage. I have some concerns about how well the locking head will hold on them under duress. It's very easy to attach the head to it, which I really like, but will it hold up? If anything goes wrong I will come back and change this review!
