Not Happy with NewCharms; They Need to Work on Their Quality and Customer Service

As someone who loves crafting and has shopped at a wide variety of online stores, I couldn't wait to try NewCharms. However, dealing with this firm was, to put it mildly, a negative experience for me. To begin with, the products I got were not of particularly high quality. The beads and charms I bought looked to be poorly made and not as sturdy as I had hoped. Some of the things were also damaged upon arrival, which was a major disappointment. In addition, I had problems with NewCharms' support staff. I tried to contact them for assistance with my purchase, but the representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and unresponsive. It was frustratingly unclear how to proceed, and I worried that my concerns weren't being treated seriously. Finally, I thought NewCharms' prices were high, especially given the poor quality of the products and the unhelpful nature of their customer support. I wish I hadn't spent my money with this firm; I could have gotten much better offers elsewhere. In general, NewCharms is not a resource I'd suggest to other hobbyists. Although they offer a wide variety of goods, the quality and support are lacking. Before making a purchase from this vendor, you may want to look into your other choices.
