Doesn't fit the tablet holder exactly!

I bought this because I needed a ball mount that would attach my tablet holder to my Manfrotto -Adjust grip system. The Manfrotto sphere worked great, but it doesn't fit very well in my tablet holder! It's part of the "universal" series of tablet holders, but it fits so poorly that I have a rubber strap to attach the ball adapter to the bracket Another solution is to "glue" it to the bracket I have 3 brackets from different companies and they are all plastic, very loose.
