My toddler LOVES this toy. He especially loves it when I rev it up for him, press the button, then let it zip across the floor. The third time we played this game, I pressed the button too hard and it wouldn't pop back up anymore. Now the part he loves most (the flashing headlights and the sound of a crashing semi) didn't work.I decided to unscrew everything to assess the damage I had done, just out of curiosity. It turns out, there was space for 4 screws to hold the black portion in place. The black portion is where the button is located. One set of screws was supposed to stabilize the button portion, and the other set was supposed to secure the window portion. The only screws that were there were holding the window in place. This meant that when I She-Ra'd the button (pushed it why too hard), that portion of the plastic popped out of place. I was able to move the screws, so now I once again have a happy toddler that can flash the headlights and crash his semi to his hearts content.Tl;dr: I gave this product three stars because they didn't use all the screws inside the cab that they should have, so it "broke" on the 3rd use. However, I was able to fix it by unscrewing everything and rearranging screw placement. It is still one of my toddler's favorite trucks.
