After going to the dermatologist, my doctor advised me to use this lotion as a regular lotion. I used to use this for dry spots and sores, but never for everything. I have very dry skin and since using it regularly as an after shower cream/lotion my skin looks and feels so much better. It's like a protective layer, especially at night when I'm usually prone to itching. Always thought it was too thick, but it works. I usually wait a few minutes before getting dressed after applying it and it's actually not greasy or sticky at all. Would recommend to anyone with very dry skin. Also great for chapped lips.
