I like that it allows you to create different types of incentives (cash or gift cards) with varying expiration dates as well as giving users an option if they want their incentive amount posted publicly versus not being made public at all! It's very easy to use once set up correctly - no learning curve required. We have been able to offer cash-based rewards in addition to other non monetary benefits such as free training/certification courses etc., which has really helped our team members feel more valued by us when we recognize them through this program!!
