You can also get a leather strap if you don't want to use a chain or something shorter. The pendant itself is called the tree of love. It looks like a tree with heart leaves. You can open the pendant and find a musical chime. The bell that came with mine was white, but they can be different colors depending on the style. The ball makes a pleasant soothing sound.
