This is a cheap product. seal for its bottom. it's vacuumed, which is good. but never fully recovered. not even close. It's wrinkled and bumpy. I will cut the memory foam and it will be better than the original UPDATE! Decided to try something before going back. The guys toss this little mattress pad in the dryer for 15 minutes on Medhigh and voila. Still a little wrinkled so I just pin it so the jagged creases are on the bottom. Conclusion - after ranting about the mattress. this is a decent product
