Seen a lot of feedback on the installation process, this seems to be a design flaw where the holes for the screws, the rods are right in front of you with a regular drill/screwdriver not possible. My husband had to fit an extension cord and after that everything was fine. We have a small house and it's absolutely perfect as it doesn't take up valuable "work space" anywhere. I don't have tons of decorations, but it's nice that they aren't scattered around the house anymore. I keep perfumes, lotions, glasses, earrings, necklaces, watch straps, key rings, durable and with plenty of space for various items. It also looks just beautiful, very happy with my purchase!
