Review on TREBLAB X5 Wireless Microphone with Bluetooth Connectivity by Bill Kodba

Revainrating 4 out of 5

As they should be, almost

I love love love them. I've always been looking for training headphones that sound good, fit in the ear, are comfortable, have some water and sweat resistance, and don't look like oversized headphones. I was looking for that. I've happily gone through the Treblab XR500, XR800, Z2 and now this one. I liked all of them, but most of all they collected these in one package. They sounded better and stayed in my ears better than the XR500s, they stayed in my ears better too and weren't even remotely as insanely prone to wax clogging as the XR800s and they didn't look like giant sports headphones like mine. Z2 did. The only thing I don't like about them is how quickly they self-discharge. The handy case that charges the buds from its own battery when you plug it in is great, but I found the battery died after a week or so, taking the bud charge with it. Not the biggest problem in the world, I just have to remember to charge it every three days or so, but a couple of times it left me alone at the gym when I forgot to be diligent. So, these are my favorite headphones, they are amazing, almost perfect, but don't count on the case to keep them charged for more than a week.
