Tip is a bit sharp so be careful you've heard of people prying and punching holes in hoses. Extremely handy for most hoses and rusty stuck hoses, this thing is a time saver and a must have. Was impressed in the last year of use. I've only used it about a dozen times, including a boat engine change, but each time it's been quick and fairly painless. From small hoses to large ones, you can no longer do without them. The only time this can't help is if you can't get into a specific area and still be able to work in and around the neck of the hose. For example, I had a hose behind a heat exchanger on a boat that you couldn't get around and had to screw in with an old-fashioned screwdriver - but pretty much any other hose is my weapon of choice.
