Too big on the heels
I love Ryka sneakers and have been buying them exclusively for a few years. I don't usually have problems with these, but this is the second pair I've had to return. Maybe it's just another coincidence. Anyway, they were too loose in the heel, and it didn't matter how tight I tightened the laces. If they added a heel lock hole it would work. Otherwise the shoes were very good and comfortable and I even considered making the hole myself but in the end I decided not to try. Disappointing yet I will stick with Ryka as overall I am very lucky with their shoes (I always keep 3-4 different pairs on hand as I run A LOT for work) and have to change them every year or two.
