I wanted to make it like the picture, but.

I guess I had to do the math first, because how does a standard pot and 5 pans fit in 15 inches. Most of my pans are at least 3 inches high and my standard pans are 8 inches and 10 inches, so I can actually put a standard pot, lid and pan on each side! The image should be a playset or miniature because you have 14" on a side and if you insert each rack it takes 1/4" so you have 5 racks and the base rack takes 2" so you have 13" that means each pan must fit in 2 inches, and the pan can only be 3 inches.
