Review on Timex Time Machines Digital 35mm Watch: Stylish & Reliable Timekeeping Companion by Junrey Jewel

From my 7 year old son: Worked well in the water. I like that it has army time. I can easily set an alarm. (5 stars) 1 month later: (1 star) Broke. Half of the Velcro on the strap fell off and my son can no longer wear the watch because it won't close. I called Timex customer service about this product defect and they offered to pay me $10 to have the product replaced for me. That might sound good, apart from the fact that we just paid $30 for a product that doesn't match the design, and now I have to spend another $10 to make it work as intended. I have a problem with this "service". We paid extra for the quality of the Timex product (compared to a cheaper brand online). I find it outrageous that a company would sell a defective product and then charge the customer for a replacement or repair. I will think twice before buying Timex products again.
