I've been using the product for a few weeks now. I haven't had any big drastic changes in size yet, but before that I had almost no lashes. I have noticed a big difference in the amount of discharge since using the product. I lost very few lashes and they seem stronger than before. The pills are large (horse pills). So if you're having trouble taking the pills, maybe stick with the whey. I used the pills in combination with the serum to speed up my growth. The directions say you should use it for at least 90 days to see the best results and I'm planning on maybe doing it longer since I started with little to no lashes.
