I have only ever used Samsung products, specifically those in the S-series; I have had approximately six different models. Then he moved on to the Honor V20 and, despite the fact that it was a cool phone, he managed to break it after using it for two years. I made the decision to switch back to Samsung despite concerns over a faulty casing and other issues. Nonetheless, the phone pleasantly impressed me with its great quality, attractive exterior, high-quality camera, and other features. However, this will damage the battery. I am writing this letter to the Samsung firm in the hope that you will finally pay attention to the fact that the majority of customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the device's battery. The battery on my two-year-old Honor V20 lasted comfortably for 1.5 to 2 days, while the battery on my brand-new Samsung cannot last even one day with the same amount of use! On the other hand, the Honor V20 shares many of the same qualities as the Samsung phone; when I used it, I didn't restrict myself in any way, whereas when I used the Samsung, I disabled everything that could be disabled, used a dark theme, etc. Yet, the situation is still really unfortunate. Your advise did not help, nor did it help any of the other users who tried to follow it.
