I love this costume so much! It was even more beautiful than she had imagined. The overall quality was good. The hat was a little thin and the elastic was too big for her head. I just tied a knot in the elastic to make it tighter. It worked fine as you can see. Also, the cross on the hat is neon pink, which doesn't match the color of the outfit. I thought it was bad at first, but it worked really well. The neon made the hat more visible. She got so many compliments. Everyone loved their costume! She seemed comfortable in it and could move freely. I was interested in their comfort and mobility. My dog weighs about 15 pounds. Her measurements are: neck - 12, chest - 17, back (from neck to tail) - 19. I ordered AVERAGE. It fits great. It was very easy to put on and there was still room inside. I gave 5 stars because the price was great and it looked great on my dog. The little details at the end didn't detract from her super cute look. I tried to give all the details in my review I looked at tons of reviews to try and get it. Hope this helps someone.
