. PRO1. The drawer is definitely neater2. I can easily see and take out the item without having to rummage in the drawer (resulting in ALWAYS having to re-fold the clothes to the one I want. The small cutout catches other boards when you try to slide it in 3. The instructions were confusing 4. I'm not into it myself I'm sure it won't cause more wrinkles. 5. I don't like the buckle or velcro methods. You catch the fabric and the briefcase sits wider than necessary.
