I love these shorts. They are perfect for relaxing around the house. Personally, I don't like working out in shorts or gym shorts/pants, but I can see them being perfect for it. They completely cover your "female body parts" so that you can train well in them. I'm 5'1" and 300 pounds. My legs are muscular. I usually run between small/medium. I got a great deal based on the reviews and I'm glad I did! I would have sent them back, if it wasn't for them. Personally I could even go for a very large one. It's quite comfortable on my tummy. I'm fine with that but it borders on harshness. The large one fits perfectly. I pray that after a few washes they will don't shrink and stretch a little.
