Review on RUNZI by Ryan Yap

I was attracted to RUNZI's guarantee that its items would "stand the test of time" because I respect quality and durability in the products I buy. I must admit, though, that after checking over their internet store, I am utterly dissatisfied. Let's begin with the actual products. I expected the jacket and shoes I ordered from RUNZI to be of the highest caliber, and I was not disappointed. Unfortunately, it was not what I got. The shoes broke down after only a few wears, and the jacket had frayed threads and a crooked zipper. Despite RUNZI's assurances to the contrary, these items were not made to last. Customer service, on the other hand, was a very other story. When I complained to them about the subpar quality of their items, all I received in return was indifference and a complete lack of responsibility. It appears that accepting responsibility for the things they sell is not part of their idea of "giving our customers the best products possible." In conclusion, I advise you to search elsewhere if you're looking for products that will actually "stand the test of time." The claims made by RUNZI are utter hogwash, and both their merchandise and customer support are huge letdowns.
