The controller works great and I like it, but there is one big catch - the product image on the thumbnail clearly shows that it has a vibration (in the palms it almost looks like a small metal fan) but the packaged product does not roar. Vibration components are completely missing! I've never been a huge fan of controller vibration, so I'm not really upset, but it's a completely missing part of the controller that buyers should be aware of. And yes, the package was 100% sealed and unopened. Otherwise it is a misleading product and not a return/counterfeit. For my purposes, this controller has five stars, but three stars due to misleading advertising and the lack of an entire component. If you don't care about vibrating controllers, this is still a good buy.
