In terms of looks, this little girl is amazing. Really snazzy looks, a bit smaller than I expected (I thought it would be more like those special 1980s radios you see in grandpa and dad's garages. You know? The dials are incredibly delicate, although it can take a while to pick up land them right It's really great that you can plug your phone directly into it (although the cable isn't included) The speakers are nice and loud, but the sound quality is about what you'd get from a $30 radio would expect, not bad at all, just unremarkable. The biggest downside for me is that most local stations have a huge hiss, tell me where and why, I haven't taken it apart yet.If you hold the cable it's all in Alright Step back?Insta-static big radios (with big OOMPF signal) sits pretty well between 3 and 4 stars in this one but settled on 4 because of the price is fair, it works ionally and it's really cool oh looks. I think if you're looking for a centerpiece for your living room, spend a few bucks more to get something better. But if you just want to jam out to a few tunes while you're woodworking or having a beer in the garage, that's fine. :)
