I am very happy with the Homecube. I'm a teacher and I color my gradebook and lesson plan so I enjoy having my color assortment at work, at home and on the go. (I rate a lot in cafes ;] ) I'm very loyal to Pilot G2 pens, so poor quality pens lying around just don't work. I also recently received a Rocketbook that requires Pilot's Frixion pens, so now I need to make sure I have that one. This pencil case is perfect because it has quite a lot of space for all my different colors as you can see in the photos (I have 20 pens in it). I also like the border between them because I can separate the Frixion grips. (It's optional but nice to have. It's also velcro so you can take it off or move it so one side is larger than the other if you need it.) I also really like that there are pockets for extra items Has. . I have an iPad for work and the cable just keeps bouncing around in my bag which is probably not a good thing so I can keep it here now along with my work flash drive which probably needs more protection. I've read some complaints about the velcro pocket and pen holder flap not being able to be used at the same time. In the photos, I have a bulky correction tape in my bag, along with a pencil and pen in holders. It's definitely cozy, but I managed to get the zippers up (see photo). This can be tricky if all the pen holders are used, but I can omit a few to be able to use the case. The price is a bit high given the availability of cheap pencil cases; However, this thing appears to be very strong and durable, so it will likely last significantly longer than standard cheap pencil cases. The zippers are strong and don't catch anything. The case is well aligned so my pens are actually protected (the number of pens that just fell apart while being transported in my large bag is pretty sad). If you're looking for a durable case to carry and protect your pen obsession, this is definitely a great choice!
