To put it mildly, ALEDECO's support services fall short of expectations. The agents are rude, useless, and clueless about their own wares. I bought a ceiling fan from them and was very disappointed in the quality of the materials and construction. It was unstable to the point of being useless. Customer support claimed that I had improperly installed the product and consequently denied my request for a refund or replacement. The truth was that I had a licensed technician put it in for me. The quality of ALEDECO's products is generally poor, and their support staff is even worse. Never do business with this firm.
