The stainless steel seems good, but without long-term use it's hard to tell. The metal is definitely durable, actually too heavy. It's good to have spatulas that give a little, but these don't give at all, they're too thick. The build quality isn't right either. The shaft (the part that rises in the handle) is short. The handles are cheap wood and cheaply attached, so there's a good chance they'll just break during use one day. Good quality spatulas should always have a full smell, and what good is stainless steel if the quality of the handle doesn't make it safe to wash in the dishwasher. They might be great for some, but there are many better options out there. I will never buy them again.
