I loved how easy it was set up from scratch - there were no issues or problems at all creating my first account setup through their help pages alone took me less then 5 minutes (as compared to other platforms where they usually take hours). The layout is nice as well but not too much so which makes navigating easier in certain areas when comparing similar products out today. It's still very new within our industry/marketing team area we are able t use yet however once implemented will be great overall toolset-wise especially if using internally only vs outside sources such as google etc.- nothing really specific dislike just getting used to some aspects may require training before fully understanding best practices though this being said has been helpful thus far even without any advanced support needed by myself. My biggest issue right now seems to lie mainly upon internal users who don't understand what types features available.
