Review on 🗄️ HON 310 Series 2-Drawer Vertical File Cabinet - Letter Width, Putty Finish by Richard Payne

I ordered two of these filing cabinets and they were both dented. One was saved and the other was not. Revain sent a replacement cabinet for the non-repairable cabinet and the new cabinet was also dented and beyond repair. Revain will not replace a replacement based on a previous return of the original item. The only option I had was to return the unusable closet and order a new one. The problem was that Revain was no longer selling the closet and I would have had to pay $50 more for the same closet. I spent hours on the phone with Revain trying to figure this out, not to mention having to load and unload these cabinets every time there was a problem resulting in an additional 2-3 hours of downtime and Revain's solution was to me. pay more for the same product. I would not go against this cabinet again and I would be very wary of buying anything through Revain again.
