Adding in less than 12 months - I still love candle holders but one doesn't work. The bulb only glows dull orange. In this note I am asking you to replace a non-working candlestick. The candle holders are wonderful and just what I wanted for night lighting in spaces we don't use but pass through - for safety! However, the original remote control was defective; To operate the candlesticks he had to be within an inch or two of the candlestick. When I reported this to the company's customer service you have never seen such effort, care and follow up! It was easy to work with them - they asked me questions and I asked them questions. Replacement remote controls arrived today. As they said in support service there were no batteries (due to shipping regulations) but they already told me there would be and transferred the cost of the battery to my account. Bottom line, I love the candle holders, I love the interchangeable remotes and I love the New Ideal Lights customer service representatives!
