Our dogs kept jumping at the back door when people came in and breaking down the blinds so we thought this would solve the problem no need to buy new blinds anymore the dogs don't see who's at the door and bring sanity back into our lives. He's really good looking for what he is. A little tacky, but in a bizarre way. We love it. It's beautiful and does what it's supposed to. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I feel like they should have given you a tape measure or something to cut with. We used a box cutter and it got stuck on the rubber and made small tears. Other than that, this stuff is pretty forgiving. We didn't cut it perfectly but it still looks great, hasn't flaked and you can't see any imperfections unless you look for it. To be honest it was just a quick fix for us but it did exactly what we wanted and I would definitely buy it again for the same situation. If I had my own house we would probably do something different, but unfortunately it still deserves praise!
