I am ordering the second time hoping that the first time turns out to be an accident. It turns out it's just bad lightning. Fan of the brand, love my Herschel holdalls and stuff. Zero problems with other lines. Background: I only need a wallet for a few cards and a room key (unfolded life) as I wanted to avoid lugging around a wallet full of cards that I don't use on a daily basis. This Herschel wallet is great for storing the 4-5 cards it's designed for, but when I want to carry my room key in a zip pocket, the zip keeps popping off. My first order arrived with a clearly broken zip pin and my second order looked ok but again the zip mark looks like a struggle every time. I'm giving 3 stars because it holds multiple cards well and because the color looks cool. I wish I could give it a 5 but this flash is really awful.
