purchased in advance so when I need ink I was ready. It's time to install it as the reviews have been great. After installing the ink, my system did not recognize it. After following all the protocols of multiple reinstalls, power resets, and repeated attempts to get accepted, I finally bought regular Epson ink with no problems. Save yourself the hassle. I'm narrowing this down to a recent firmware update that was made to the printer and may disable the ability to recognize them. (may be). I can't return it as I bought it ahead of time when I needed it.
