The chandelier made it to its destination unscathed, but when it was put together and turned on, just three of the petals caught fire. They were so dissatisfied that they offered a refund. But we figured that by the time we returned it, we'd know exactly why it wasn't functioning. Although my initial impression of the power supply was that it was done well, closer inspection revealed that one of the two transformers was not soldered properly; I simply pressed it to the board to test, and it worked. They never came back. The fact that you can't recall how the chandelier was turned off is frustrating. Even in its lowest setting, the chandelier provides plenty lighting for a 12 m2 space; but, if you only need to think about something little, then switch it on at half power; full power would be too much light. One reviewer also noted that the consumer protection law does not appear to be enforced in the market, as there is no option to exchange or return the product and place a new order, and the fact that the price has already increased does not seem to upset anyone. aside from the purchaser, that is.
