My 4 year old has low porosity hair and the biggest problem is that the products just sit on the hair and don't go down the shaft easily. I have tried several products but this product really helps to moisturize and detangle her very thick and long hair. I don't even use hair cream or oil because they don't soak into my hair anymore. Coconut oil, jam and this moisturizer is my pick. I always thought it was primarily for curls, but it clearly isn't. You get a large bottle for a reasonable price. Newer versions of this line don't smell like Jerry Curls at all. I love this product!
