This yarn isn't soft, but it's worth the money, easy to work with, and holds up after multiple untangles. I generally love this yarn and would buy it again, but I wouldn't buy it in rainbow color. The problem with this yarn is that the colors don't match which makes it difficult for me to follow the rainbow pattern. I've had to break up my project and start over a few times to get any sort of rainbow and the discrepancy shows up again when the orange gets short and the yellow starts to take over the row.
