Many years ago I injured my left ankle after falling and tripping. Although the ankle was severely dislocated, there was no fracture. Now that I'm older, I've found that my ankle often hurts after spending hours on my feet. However, this ankle band provided support that saved my ankle from pain or other sprains. I wear it when I know I'm going to be on my feet for hours and this ankle strap really does the job. It offers strong support but offers a comfortable wrap. Good buy.
