Used as a ceiling light in a cargo trailer. pretty good mostly

I installed this on the ceiling of our squad's cargo trailer to provide light at night when you run up there to get gear. I didn't want to bother with the solar panel, but I wanted the light to turn on easily, so battery-powered motion detection was the way to go. The light isn't impressively bright, but it gets the job done when placed correctly. I had to move them so they glow differently and life gets better. The problem is that you have to be almost directly underneath for them to turn on as the motion detector is pointing at the ground. The ceiling isn't that high, so the field of view of the detectors is pretty narrow. Not exactly a lighting glitch, but a wider angle would have really helped. I need to time the lights as it's not like "25-30 seconds of no motion" before they turn off. Seems to be a lot quicker than the 15 seconds advertised by the competition. I'll go out and have a look. All in all good flashlights and I expect they will serve our needs for some time to come. Love the weight and the feel of the light - not a plastic marvel ready to shatter, but a solid aluminum body that (yes, I know how) will survive a drop or two very well (not recommended of course).
