This cute purple wallet was an impromptu Prime Day purchase as a gift for my daughter. I'm glad I didn't wait for her to open it as the wallet was assembled with a hole/gap at the seam where it folds in half. The hole was at the bottom of the zippered compartment where I kept coins. Revain's customer service is phenomenal and processed the refund quickly. I think the gap (if it was intended at all) should have been in an adjacent compartment that could be used for bills to reduce volume. It was a budget wallet so I wasn't expecting a quality zipper or real leather (this one is composite) but I don't expect any holes in the zippered compartments. Customer service was great but I opted for a refund instead of a replacement.
