If you don't mind the panty lines and where they cut off your cheeks or if you don't have much behind then it would work but if you have a regular size rear or bigger it really shows where the liner cuts onto your butt. Nope that is not pretty, but the fit if it did not have the liner it would work out fine, but if you cut it out then the material is too thin to just go work out in public!
