Heat and sun seem to make the plastic very brittle
Used to attach chain link fence to wire chain fence. They didn't last more than 3 months. Sun, heat, weather caused 50% of these bonds to break. Under the influence of heat and the sun, the plastic becomes very brittle, the ligaments tear, crack and break off. Seriously, these ties won't stand up to direct sunlight or heat from direct sunlight. One after the other cracks, breaks and loosens.
