I like that it's easy to use - you can send messages from any device (phone or computer) using an app/browser! It allows me as well be reachable at all times when needed by my clients in case of emergency situations such us power outages etc., which is very important because sometimes we don't have cell service during those moments so this helps tremendously!! They offer many different ways one could communicate through text messaging without having access to internet but if they do not provide them then there are other options available including phone calls where necessary too. So far no complaints about listeningport services. !
