Easy to set up, use and clean!

Like la reina salsera (salsa queen of the neighborhood) of my city barrio, I know the hard facts: To enjoy great salsa, you have to make it fresh. The reward must be immediate. The device was extremely user-friendly. I was successful. I casually put together an 8-cup container (cute), a squeegee lid (cute!), and a knife block (fancy!). There are 3 blade options: smart inserts 6mm, 13mm and 19mm. Oh yeah. Salsa Fresca: Red Onion: I used a 13mm blade. I liked the little cubes. Roma Tomatoes: I used a 13mm blade. I chose Roma because they have a more durable outer shell. "Roma" beautifully cut. You want to develop your technique of using a powerful punch on QuickPush. Fresh pineapple spears with core: 13 mm blade. Charming identical squares. Serrano chili: blade 6 mm. I liked that the eyes do not burn when grinding. Don't chop the coriander, but don't forget it either. Hand tear the cilantro leaves into an 8-cup container. Another option: replace the mango with pineapple; Replace mint leaves with coriander. TA Dah. I agree with other reviewers that the plastic comb is useless. I agree that a fluffy bottle brush picks up dirt. These lettertons allow me to produce the maximum amount of salsa when inviting happy guests to my crib. I like having 3 blades. I look forward to many more easy sessions using QuickPush to create new salads and ridiculously smart fruit platters.
