Love the cushioned thick strap so it’s comfortable on the shoulder when short, then you have the option of crossbody when needed. They also give you options in bag size! Along with many colors to choose from. I find that awesome! Saw reviews on smell but I only smelled leather which I no longer smelled as I was using it. I carry a lot with me, (I like to have everything handy, like a "Mary Poppins” carpet bag) and I took this purse to the pumpkin patch and had no frustrations, this purse was comfortable. If the crossbody was starting to hurt I’d switch to the padded shoulder strap. So far quality is still good. They should now make some with glossy designs!
