Be careful not to overtighten the screws. The wood is soft and cracks!

Be careful. Do not overtighten the screws. It's a good setup but I'm fed up with the fact that when I put it together the wood splits a lot. I was very careful but unfortunately the wood material is cheap and I feel it shouldn't be taken into account how much I paid. Too bad I didn't choose the American Girl bed after all ☹️ I shared both sides. I hope my daughter doesn't notice this and still loves it.
